Can I run with a pushchair?

The only event this is allowed at is at our Dinton Santa Dash - and the child must be securely fastened in the pushchair and the pushchair is suitable for uneven terrain.

Can I run with a dog?

Dogs are not permitted to take part in Barnes Fitness events, unless it is a guide or assistance dog and it has been pre-agreed with ellie@barnesfitness.co.uk

Question 3

I've entered an event, and now can't attend. What are my options?

Our Refund, Transfer & Deferral Policy

At Barnes Fitness, we understand that sometimes plans change. While we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we do allow transfers to other people and deferral to other events.

Transfers and deferrals can be made all the way up to 24 hours prior to the event start time.

This can be managed by yourselves by clicking on the "Manage Booking" on your email booking confirmation.

Question 4

Will I receive my race number and other event information in the post?

Accepted Answer

No, all race numbers and event information is to be collected at the event. Registration opens 90 minutes prior to an event start time.

Question 5

Can I run with music/headphones?

Accepted Answer

No headphones to be worn during any event, except bone conducting ones like AfterShokz

Question 6

Are there toilets at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes - we have toilets at all of our events.

N.B. The toilets for events at Dinton Pastures are a 5 minute walk from the start/finish area.

Where will I find photos from the event?

All of our event photos are uploaded here for you to download for free.

Question 8

Can I leave a bag near the start/finish area?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all of our events have a designated baggage area. Please note that this is not a secure or manned baggage area and that we do not take any responsibility for baggage left at our events.

Question 9

Are there prizes?

Accepted Answer

There will be mementos for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male and Female as well as 1st V40, V50, V60 & V70 Male and Female. If age group winner is an overall podium winner they will receive the podium prize, and 2nd in age category will then win age group. #sharethelove

Can I enter on the day?

Accepted Answer

Subject to the event limit, this may/may not be possible. If it is possible there is an additional £3 fee.
