"I did this race today for the second time and once again what a fantastically well organised race and credit must be given to the youngsters who were bobbing up and down constantly taking the chips off ankles at the end. Well done to you all."

Whatever the weather at Dinton Pastures, there is always something new to see and we always have a back-up plan up our sleeves if the paths are flooded; rain doesn't stop play!! Open to all abilities.

RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
Minimum competitor age: 13 years for the 5km event, 16 years for the 10km event. Age as of race day.
Buggy runnners allowed with the proviso that the buggy is deemed suitable for running off-road and the child remains strapped in for the duration of the event
No headphones to be worn at any time during the event — this is for your own safety and the safety of other competitors. We will disqualify any competitor we find wearing headphones.
