COVID
In order to keep everyone as safe as we can, we strongly recommend that all participants carry out a lateral flow test the morning before attending the event and report the results to the NHS. If you test positive or are feeling at all unwell, please stay at home and do not attend the event.
Please consider using face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces (such as toilets)
RUNNING IT VIRTUALLY
If you have entered to take part In Real Life and wish to switch to virtual - or vice-versa please advise us ASAP!
To have your run recorded on the virtual leaderboard, you need to upload your run between Friday and Monday of each event weekend.
You simply need to go to Race 3 link here, find your name, click edit time (which will be showing between Friday and Monday) and enter the relevant details.
Once your results is uploaded we will send you your medal (if you opted for one).
LOCATION & PARKING
The event venue is Dinton Pastures Country Park, Davis Sreet, Hurst, Wokingham, RG10 0TH.
There is ample parking onsite either at The Anglers carpark or the Main carpark in Davis Street, RG10 0TH. Charges apply - please use the machines or the RingGo App.

Please complete medical details and emergency contact details on the reverse of your the event number.
Registration closes 15 minutes prior to the start of the event.
N.B. There are no toilets at the start/finish area - please use toilets in the café which is a 5 minute walk from the start/finish area.
COURSE MAPS
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
There will be a gazebo at the start/finish area which will NOT be supervised but you are welcome to leave any belongings you wish to during the run. Please leave valuables hidden in your car.
PHOTOS
Chris Drew will be taking photographs on the day which will be available to download FREE after the event on the Barnes Fitness Flickr group here.
RESULTS
There will be a large clock at the start/finish line for you to see when you cross the finish line. We will be using an app based timing system with video back up. Your results will be available here immediately as you cross the line.
GOODIES
Medals, fruit and water will be available at the finish line.
