I've entered an event, and now can't attend. What are my options?

Our Refund, Transfer & Deferral Policy
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do allow transfers and deferrals under the conditions below:

Race entries are transferable between people until 7 days prior to the event. In order to transfer your race entry contact us at and we will provide you with a discount code so that your replacement can register themselves onto the event. This process must be completed 7 days prior to the event as after this time all details are fixed into our event plans.

You may defer your entry up until 14 days prior the event, to a later event. If the new event is at a higher price than the original booking, the participant will pay the price difference. No refunds will be given if the chosen event is at a lower price. The event must be selected at the time of deferral and this entry is final.

Will I receive my race number and timing chip in the post?

No, all race numbers and timing chips are to be collected at the event. Registration opens 90 minutes prior to an event start time.

Can I run with my dog?

Dogs are not permitted to take part in Barnes Fitness events, unless it is a guide or assistance dog.

Can I run with a pushchair?

The only event this is allowed at is at our Dinton Santa Dash - and the child must be securely fastened in the pushchair and the pushchair is suitable for uneven terrain.

Can I run with music/headphones?

No headphones to be worn during any event, except bone conducting ones like AfterShokz

Can I switch my entry to a Virtual entry if needed?

Yes, we appreciate we are living in a fluid world at the moment. If you wish to switch your entry to virtual simply contact us here.
