“It was so well organised and had such a great, festive atmosphere. My daughter and I, along with another family we attended with, all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.”
A fun, festive family event for all!
We are excited to have set a date for the fourth running of our ever popular DINTON SANTA DASH. This year raising funds for local charity, Daisy's Dream which supports children and their families who have been affected by the life threatening illness or bereavement of someone close to them.
Saturday 14 December 2019
10.30am – 2km Mini-Dash
11am – 5km Santa Dash
The 2km Mini-Dash is a one loop course taking in sights of both White Swan and Black Swan Lake.
The 5km Santa Dash follows the Dinton Pastures 5km/10km Summer Series route, following paths around three of the lakes at Dinton Pastures Country Park; Black Swan, Sandford and White Swan and starts/finishes outside the amazing playground.
A really well organised and fun event for the whole family. Everyone gets in the spirit with a full santa costume provided by the organiser, including little ones. The course is well marked and all the Marshalls are friendly and encouraging. Dinton Pastures is a lovely scenic location. The touch of mince pies and christmas music at the end was lovely! This was my first time running with my 3 year old and she absolutely loved the whole experience and was completely thrilled with her medal and the cheers she got at the finish line. Very special experience for us both. Thank you.

This was my first ever running race and being on 14 makes it one to remember. My mum enjoyed seeing me smile and next year I’m planning to do it with my dad. Everyone was so nice and friendly and would recommend to everyone I meet x
