COVID
In order to keep everyone as safe as we can, we strongly recommend that all participants carry out a lateral flow test the morning before attending the event and report the results to the NHS. If you test positive or are feeling at all unwell, please stay at home and do not attend the event.
Please consider using face coverings in crowded and enclosed spaces (such as toilets)
LOCATION & PARKING
The event venue is Dinton Pastures Country Park, Davis Sreet, Hurst, Wokingham, RG10 0TH.
There is parking onsite within the main carpark, The Anglers carpark or at Dinton Activity Centre - please follow marshals directions. Once the main car park is full you will be directed to one of the other carparks which are all within walking distance. Please leave plenty of time to park.
Charges apply - please use the machines or the RingGo App.

Registration closes 15 minutes prior to the start of each event.
N.B. There are no toilets at the start/finish area - please use toilets in the café which is a 5 minute walk from the start/finish area.
COURSE MAPS
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
There will be a gazebo at the start/finish area which will NOT be supervised but you are welcome to leave any belongings you wish to during the run. Please leave valuables hidden in your car.
There will be snow (from a machine!) on the start/finish line - be prepared!!!
PHOTOS
Chris Drew will be taking photographs on the day which will be available to download FREE after the event on the Barnes Fitness Flickr group here.
RESULTS
There will be a large clock at the start/finish line for you to see when you cross the finish line. There will be no formal results taken at this event.
GOODIES
Every finisher will receive a mince pie courtesy of Morrisons Wokingham as well as a Flatmans Partnership water bottle filled with water. Other hot and cold refreshments are available to purchase from our onsite refreshment vendors.
